Is there a warranty on my project?

Yes. Our work is backed by a project warranty, roofing repairs carry a 1-year repair warranty, and Cambridge and Nicolock pavers also carry their manufacturers’ warranties. Full terms are confirmed in writing with your estimate.

How long does installation take, and when can I use the new surface?

Timing depends on size, material, and site preparation, and Promaster Maintenance Corp confirms your timeline in the estimate. Pavers can usually be walked on soon after installation, while concrete needs time to cure, and we will tell you when it’s ready for vehicles.

Can you install my driveway and patio at the same time?

Yes. Combining both projects lets us plan grading and drainage across your whole property and often reduces disruption.

What time of year is best for driveway and patio work?

Spring through fall is ideal, because concrete and paver bases need workable ground and temperatures above freezing.

Will the project damage my lawn or landscaping?

Some disturbance at the edges of the work area is normal. We will discuss access during your estimate, and our crew leaves the site clean.
